Server Error On Login
This is typically related to a password issue. Please try manually typing both your username and password. If that doesn't work, please try resetting your password via https://shop.strongeru.com/my-account/lost-password/
Error Finding Log
This indicates that you've lost connection to our app server, or that you have a low connection strength. You can try clicking the top right corner of the app (initials/profile pic) to open the menu, and then clicking Log Out. After that, please log back in. If the issue is not resolved, please email rather than submit a ticket as the ticket may not go through if you are experiencing connection issues.
