The Challenge

Whether you want to build muscle, burn fat, or commit to a healthier maintenance, we're ready to help you focus on your goals for the next 10 weeks. 

Over the next 10 weeks, commit to focused tracking and effort, participating in live coaching calls, engaging in the community, and supporting each other, and you could become our first Transformation Challenge winner.

This challenge is open to everybody to participate. This means whether you're working with a coach, working on your own, or never been a Stronger U member, we're ready to support you.

Win Cash and Stronger U Sessions!

Our 1st place Transformation Challenge winners will walk away with $1500 each, while our 2nd and 3rd place winners will secure Stronger U sessions to keep their momentum going. We'll be recognizing our top male and female contenders for each place.

Of course, there's something in it for our maintenance challengers, our top maintenance participant will walk away with 3-months of Stronger U coaching to help them stay focused throughout 2024.

Do I have to be a member to join the Stronger U Transformation Challenge?

This challenge is open to anybody to participate. Invite your friends, family, and get ready to challenge them for the top prizes. Working with a Stronger U coach will add an extra layer of accountability and guided support that will help you achieve results during the challenge. 

What are the weekly coaching calls?

The weekly coaching calls are your opportunity to connect with Stronger U coaches and other challenge participants to get real-time support on current challenges. 

These calls will be hosted via Zoom and available to challenge participants only. You can sign up for these calls each week by clicking the link in your weekly email (delivered on Wednesdays). 

These calls will happen each Sunday at 7:30pm EST and each week will have a different coach host. Participation in these calls is not mandatory; however, your participation will be factored into your final score at the end of the challenge. 

What can I expect in the weekly challenge emails?

The weekly challenge emails will have relevant information to keep you motivated throughout the challenge. Each week will focus on a specific theme, include a registration link for the weekly coaching calls, and feature a new recipe. 

Do I have to submit starting photos and measurements?
In order to be eligible for the final prizes, you must submit starting photos and measurements. An email will be sent out on January 16th to all challenge registrants with specific details on how to submit this information.

Sponsor is Stronger U Nutrition, LLC. US Residents over 18 years are eligible to enter. Stronger U membership not required. No purchase necessary. Sponsor’s employees & family members are not eligible. To win, Entrants must submit the designated online form, submit photos as directed and download the StrongerU app. Winners determined by highest total points total awarded by judging panel. Top 3 male, top 3 female and top 1 most consistent participants will win prizes. Contest runs 1/17/24 to 3/27/24. All decisions final & Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms, disqualify any entrant or winner & substitute prizes of equivalent value. Winners will be notified by email or DM. By entering Entrant releases, discharges & holds harmless Sponsor from any & all liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest.
